Trophy Room

Hello there,
this year I realized that despite making 3D art for almost 8 years now, I never created any fantasy creatures in 3D.
I've been wanting to make a small diorama in a fantasy universe for a while, and when Doom: The Dark Ages was released, I thought it was time to give it a try !

It's been a blast to try different techniques and change my workflow. I didn't had a lot of time to work on this personnal side project, so I had to improve my efficiency. Hope to learn even more for the next project !

inspired by many pictures and concept art found in pinterest
the 2D VFX are heavily inspired by artists who worked on Arcane

Enjoy !

the entire scene didn't needed to bake high poly elements to low poly models, since the camera was too far away. Only the dragon's head was sculpted in zbrush and then baked in the lowpoly model
